Today, Tuesday, July 22, 2008, is the birthday of everyone's favorite mohawk-wearing member of The Last Goodnight... Kurtis John!

TVGuide.com is featuring The Last Goodnight as one of its "Top Videos!"  It even gives "props" to Ely, saying that "the keyboardist... really kill[s] it with this tune!"  Next time you see everyone's favorite "Creep," you'll have to give him props, too. Seeing as how The Last Goodnight has a PLATINUM selling #1 song there, they might as well hop on a plane for a trip over to Australia!  The guys are getting their gear ready so that they can greet their Aussie friends from Thursday, May 1 through Friday, May 9.  Having completed a string of USA tour dates, This tour will be, as it was in the US, a promotional tour for "Stay Beautiful", the band's second single off of "Poison Kiss."

5/3/08 Melbourne - ALDO Chapel St., 11am 

5/4/08: TLG's frst live TV performance of their Motorola ARIA Top 3 chart hit 'Pictures Of You' at the prestigious Logie Awards telecast live on the Nine Network.     (It's probably safe to say this will end up on the internet somewhere?)
5/6/08: exclusive Sydney showcase at the Oxford Art Factory, Darlinghurst

5/8/08 Sydney - ALDO Castle Towers, 5pm
5/9/08 Brisbane – ALDO Queen Street Mall, 7pm
